These Terms of Use govern your use of GoalPop.
By downloading, accessing, or using GoalPop, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the app.
1. About GoalPop
GoalPop is a goal-setting and reward app designed to help users create goals, organize tasks, track progress, choose rewards, and celebrate accomplishments.
2. Personal Use
GoalPop is provided for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise expressly permitted.
You agree to use GoalPop only in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.
3. Your Goals and Content
You are responsible for the goals, tasks, reward descriptions, photos, images, and other content you create or add to GoalPop.
You should only use photos, images, and other content that you have the right to use.
GoalPop does not endorse or take responsibility for goals, rewards, or other content created by users.
4. Goal and Reward Decisions
GoalPop is a motivational and organizational tool.
The app does not guarantee that a goal will be completed, that a reward will be appropriate, or that using the app will produce a particular personal, educational, financial, health, or productivity outcome.
You are responsible for deciding which goals and rewards are appropriate for you.
5. App Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of GoalPop from time to time.
We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or that GoalPop will always operate without interruption or errors.
6. Software and Intellectual Property
GoalPop, including its software, visual design, branding, graphics, and original content provided by GoalPop, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of GoalPop or its intellectual property to you.
7. Disclaimer
GoalPop is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We make no guarantee that the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GoalPop and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
9. Termination
You may stop using GoalPop at any time.
We reserve the right to restrict access to the app when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or address misuse.
10. In-App Purchases
GoalPop offers an optional one-time consumable in-app purchase called “Buy Me a Coffee” through Apple's App Store and StoreKit.
The price shown in GoalPop is the localized price provided by Apple and may vary by country or region, currency, taxes, and Apple's pricing rules. The purchase is completed only after you confirm it through Apple's payment sheet.
This purchase is a voluntary contribution to support continued development. It does not unlock features, create an account, provide a subscription, or change how GoalPop works. Because it is a consumable purchase, it may be purchased again.
Apple manages payment processing, billing, and refund requests. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple through its normal App Store support process. Your purchase is also subject to Apple's applicable terms and conditions.
11. Apple App Store
Your use of GoalPop may also be subject to the terms and conditions applicable to Apple's App Store and your Apple device.
Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for GoalPop except as required by applicable law or Apple's own policies.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
Continued use of GoalPop after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
