Yes. Plantling includes a plant diagnosis flow and Lily Chat for plant-care questions. Their suggestions are informational and can be incomplete; check your plant’s condition and consult reliable sources when needed.
Plantling keeps some app information on your device and stores submitted scan photos and supported records in private cloud storage associated with your app installation. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Open Settings → Delete account and data in the app. This deletes your anonymous account, associated cloud records and photos, and supported local app data, and requests RevenueCat customer erasure. It does not cancel an Apple subscription or immediately clear provider backups and logs. Manage subscriptions in your Apple account.
Check that notifications are allowed for Plantling in iOS Settings and that the reminder is enabled in the app. You can still review your plant reminders in My Plants.
You can, but avoid including people, addresses, or other personal details in the image. If your question is about a scan already in Plantling, describe the issue first and we’ll let you know what information would help.
Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account using Manage Apple subscriptions. Deleting your Plantling account or uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription.
Open the purchase screen and choose Restore Purchases using the Apple account that made the purchase. Restoring an eligible subscription restores access to Pro features; it does not recover deleted plants, photos, chats or an old anonymous account.
Each anonymous Plantling account currently has one identification, one diagnosis and five chat questions. These are account allowances, not daily or monthly resets. Deleting individual scans or conversations does not reset used allowances.

Tell us what’s happening and where you got stuck. We’ll read every message with care.
