Acceptance of These Terms

Using WagCircle means you accept these terms and any applicable updates. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You may use WagCircle only if you meet the applicable age and legal requirements.

Your WagCircle Account

Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and take responsibility for activity under your account. Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Using WagCircle

WagCircle helps you organize dog profiles, daily goals, walks, active duration, distance, routes, pee, poop, and water logs, History, Insights, weather information, walking suggestions, and Premium subscription features when available. Features may change or be unavailable from time to time.

Location and Walk Tracking

Walk tracking depends on GPS, iOS permissions, network availability, device settings, battery, and environmental conditions. Distance and route data may be incomplete or inaccurate. Paused time is intended to be excluded from active walk duration and distance, but tracking may be affected by device or system interruptions. WagCircle is not safety-critical navigation and does not guarantee perfect tracking.

Pet and Safety Disclaimer

WagCircle is a tracking and organization tool, not veterinary care, emergency advice, or a guarantee of safe walking conditions. You are responsible for evaluating weather, terrain, traffic, wildlife, local rules, and your dog’s health before and during a walk.

User Content

You retain ownership of photos and other content you submit. You grant WagCircle the limited permission needed to store, process, and display that content to provide the service.

Subscriptions and Payments

WagCircle may offer auto-renewable Premium subscriptions. Available plans, billing periods, prices, and any introductory offers are displayed in the app before purchase.

Payment is charged through the user's Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, the subscription may automatically renew.

Users can manage or cancel subscriptions through their Apple ID account settings. Deleting the WagCircle app or WagCircle account does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

Users may use the Restore Purchases option to restore eligible purchases associated with their Apple account.

Prohibited Uses

Do not use WagCircle unlawfully; abuse accounts; submit malicious, infringing, or harmful content; interfere with the service; reverse engineer it; or use it for safety-critical purposes.

Intellectual Property

WagCircle’s name, branding, interface, software, and original content belong to WagCircle or its licensors and are protected by applicable law.

Third-Party Services

The service may use Apple authentication, MapKit and Core Location, Supabase, weather providers, and Apple payment services as applicable to the production app. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WAGCIRCLE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, WagCircle will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of the service, including risks related to GPS accuracy, weather information, service interruptions, or data loss.

Termination

You may stop using WagCircle and delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security concerns, or other legitimate operational reasons.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will update the effective date and provide any notices required by law.
